CustomFishBag.com's warranty programs are divided into 2 programs:

  • B. Printed Portion (Ink)
    • (a) Custom Prints
    • (b) Stock Prints

The programs listed above include a 1 year satisfaction and workmanship guarantee.

Assembly : 90 days from purchase.

Print : 30 days from purchase.


Scope of Warranty

www.CustomFishBags.com warrants each product sold by www.CustomFishBags.com or its authorized dealers ("Product") to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for as long as you own the Product, or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less.

Exclusions From Coverage

Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

  • Products purchased other than from www.CustomFishBags.com or from an authorized www.CustomFishBags.com dealer.
  • Damage resulting from abuse or misuse.
  • Damage resulting from extended wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from tampering or a customer modification
  • Damage resulting from exposure to a caustic substance.
  • Consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, and/or special damages (although some states in the United States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so this exclusion might not apply to you).

This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by www.CustomFishBags.com relating to the Product and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, www.CustomFishBags.com disclaims all other express or implied warranties.

What You Will Need to Do to Return Defective Products

  • Please email us atReturns@CustomFishBags.com for a Return Authorization Number ("RA#").
  • Tell us what you are sending back.
  • Tell us WHY you are sending it back.
  • Record the RA# and details for your future reference.

To ship the Product back to www.CustomFishBags.com , please take the following steps.

  • Include a copy of the original proof of purchase or receipt.
  • Include a brief description of the problem.
  • Include the RA#.
  • Mark or identify the defect with a piece of masking tape (if applicable).
  • Print the RA# clearly on the outside of the box.
  • Depending upon the nature of the return, you will be instructed as to where to ship the product via email.

Please ship the Product freight prepaid and insured (www.CustomFishBags.com assumes no responsibility for Products during shipment from the customer to our Warranty Department and shipping charges are not refundable).

If www.CustomFishBags.com determines that the Product is defective, www.CustomFishBags.com will either replace the Product or repair the Product. All determinations made by www.CustomFishBags.com will be within www.CustomFishBags.com sole discretion and will be final.

All returns by www.CustomFishBags.com in the United States will be sent using ground shipping; shipments cannot be returned to a P.O. Box due to the oversize nature of the packaging. All returns to international customers will be sent using standard shipping.

State and International Laws

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state in the United States and in other countries.


Printing Warranties

We print almost everything in-house, so we control the warranty policies. We guarantee that the items we offer will be printed correctly, arrive without defects in the printing, material or finishing, and hold up to normal wear and tear for their intended purpose.

Because there is room for interpretation with some of these statements, this section is designed to clarify the coverage and explain the customer's responsibilities. When your prints arrive, they should be in good shape and be free from any visible defects, and if any problems are found, we must be notified as quickly as possible. We inspect every print before it ships, so typically any problems that show up on arrival are due to some kind of shipping damage, and there is a window of only a few days to report this, so it's important to inspect the prints as soon as they arrive.

In the case of shipping damage, we would replace the damaged prints and file a claim with the carrier. On rare occasions, problems show up on arrival that are not the results of shipping damage, but are either something we missed or that happened as a result of being packaged and shipped. In all cases, we'll request photos of the damage and the packaging that your product came with so we can try to determine what caused the problem before we send a replacement, and it's the customer's responsibility to provide the information and photos we need to resolve the issue. On occasion, customers have damaged a print and felt that it should be replaced under warranty.

Damage such as creases, cuts, scrapes, scratches, holes, etc., are caused by physical damage to the print. This type of damage isn't due to defects in the printing or material, so they are not covered under warranty. Some prints are warranted to last for a particular period of time, and others have an estimated lifespan to give the customer an idea of what to expect in terms of their usable life. The longevity estimates are dependent on proper cleaning and care, so be sure to follow any cleaning and care instructions carefully to ensure prints last as long as possible. It's very rare for a material to not last as long as stated, as most of the estimates are conservative, and usually improper care and cleaning or chemical interaction are to blame when graphics fail prematurely. Do not let bleach, suntan lotion, deet(insect repellant), or fuel such as gas and diesel come into contact with your fish bag.

Color accuracy is something we take pride in and also take seriously. Unfortunately, color does not always match what the customer anticipates. Because of differences between computer displays, the way that some programs present color, and the fact that color printed on desktop printers and from other print service providers may not be accurate, we cannot guarantee that any color print we provide will match one of these other sources. We can guarantee a reasonable match to PMS colors, or their CMYK equivalents, if those colors are specified in vector objects in file type such as pdf, eps, and ai. For color critical prints, we recommend a printed proof, and we will guarantee a color match to this proof. Printed proofs are made on the same material as the final print so that it will show exactly how the colors will print in advance. This does add additional cost and time to a print job, and because of the extensive work we perform to ensure color accuracy, in most cases a printed proof is not necessary. However, if you have certain colors in your design that need to match other printed items, a website, a previously printed image, or your computer screen, then a printed proof should be ordered.


What is not covered:

  • Abrasion or the results thereof if not caused by the failure of a warranteed component, abuse by the owner or commercial carriers. Abuse of our No-fault warranty, CustomFishBags.com will only repair the product for what we deem as truly accidental or unavoidable damage.
  • Mold or mildew as a result of storing, stacking, or leaving in a wet fish box, cooler, console, hold, or container.
  • Products damaged by sharp package opening-cutting tools. In good faith these items will be repaired and not replaced at minimal cost. "Normal Conditions" is described herein as- The use of the product under conditions and circumstances generally accepted as normal for the product. Normal conditions do not include usage that causes abrasion, abuse by carriers, overweighting or overloading, or dragging the product.
  • Normal wear and tear caused by extended use, sun or saltwater. "Specific use" is described herein as: Use in a marine boat application, not to include use in or under the water.

Returned Goods Policy and Action- If you experience a problem with an CustomFishBags.com product, caused by a carrier, contact and seek restitution from the carrier first. If the carrier will not reimburse you, or the problem is covered by CustomFishBags.com warranty, contact the selling dealer and arrange to have the product returned to CustomFishBags.com for repair or replacement. CustomFishBags.com retains the option of repairing or replacing a defective product. You must provide proof of purchase to the selling dealer, or to CustomFishBags.com when authorized to send a product directly back to CustomFishBags.com. You must provide prepaid packaging to the dealer at the time of warranty return.The dealer will call CustomFishBags.com Customer Service at Need Number to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) prior to returning the product. The dealer will return the item to CustomFishBags.com for inspection, repair or replacement. CustomFishBags.com will repair, or attempt to repair, any CustomFishBags.com bag regardless of warranty, at the customer's expense. Please call CustomFishBags.com for details. Purchaser is Liable for shipping expense to CustomFishBags.com. CustomFishBags.com warranty is only valid when products are purchased from an authorized dealer.
